At Thunderbird Custom Crafts LLC, each piece of glass art is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Because our work is one‑of‑a‑kind and fragile, we take extra care in preparing every order for shipment.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
- We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- All shipments include tracking.
- Delivery times vary by carrier and location, but most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.
Packaging
- All glass art is packaged using industry‑standard protective methods, including double boxing and cushioning materials, to minimize the risk of damage in transit.
- Despite these precautions, once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for delays or mishandling by the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to determine the best resolution.
- If a package is lost in transit, please notify us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
