Frequently Asked Questions

Can I put my glass cup/bowl in the dishwasher?

It is strongly recommended that you hand wash your glass, simple dish soap works great. Most the glass is known as “soft glass” and continuous heating and cooling could cause the glass to either warp or break.

My art has broken, is it replaceable?

No, unfortunately all art pieces are one of a kind and are not directly replaceable. We have a no refund policy but will work with you to help resolve any issues.

Will you ship a glass pumpkin to me?

No, at least not currently. The glass stem is too delicate, and it will almost certainly break in shipping. Until we figure out a more efficient method to ship pumpkins it will not be possible. Please contact us directly for local arrangements to be made.

How long will it take to receive my art?

Stock items typically will ship within a week of the order, and the arrival time can vary depending on location distance. If it is a custom order, then it can take up to 3 weeks to make and ship. If new materials are needed, it can take longer.

Do you take custom orders and how do I contact you directly to ask a question?

No, not currently. If you have a specific request you can feel free to fill out the contact form, but right now we are only selling existing art.

Is the art sold by Thunderbird Custom Crafts considered Native American art?
